9-ES MŰTŐ (2024) – Klinikai Oktató- és Dokumentumfilm

Szinopszis:
A „9-es műtő” egy 75 perces oktató-dokumentumfilm, amely az SZTE ÁOK Idegsebészeti Klinika szakorvosjelöltjeinek és rezidenseinek képzési programja keretében debütált.

A produkció egy ritka és veszélyes érfejlődési rendellenesség, az arteriovenosus malformatio (AVM) etiológiáját, neurológiai tüneteit, valamint mikrosebészeti kezelésének valóságát kíséri végig. Mivel az érgomolyag a beszédközpontot érintette, a műtétet alapos preoperatív neurolingvisztikai és neuroradiológiai felmérés előzte meg. Az esetbemutató felvétel ismerteti a lateralizációs index felállításának nehézségeit: a gyermek látens balkezessége miatt az fMRI vizsgálatok kétoldali nyelvi érintettséget mutattak, amely újabb kihívás elé állította a műtétet tervező csapatot…

Kameráinkkal lépésről lépésre dokumentáljuk a komplex klinikai folyamatot: az operációt megelőző diagnosztikától a műtőasztalon zajló feszült pillanatokon át egészen az érintett, 12 éves kisfiú teljes felépüléséig és hazaindulásáig. Végigkövethetjük a mikrosebészeti beavatkozás kritikus, drámai perceit, amelyet Prof. Dr. Barzó Pál az első perctől az utolsóig élőben, részletes elméleti és gyakorlati magyarázatokkal kommentál.

A felvétel a beavatkozás jellege miatt kíméletlenül részletes, explicit orvosi, intraoperatív műtéti és anatómiai (vérrel járó) jeleneteket tartalmaz. Megtekintése kifejezetten szakmai látogatók, egyetemi hallgatók, illetve felnőtt korú nézők számára ajánlott!
